Here's one for you political science buffs: An interesting lunchtime conversation today. What do you think about Southern California seceding from CA and forming its own independent state?
No more control by the Liberal Legislature, they can do what they want in mid and Northern California - we in S. Cal (more Conservative) would have more control of our own destiny with common sense legislation - not being constantly blocked by the Liberal Legislators.
Conceptually, I like it.
Practical? We'll see.
Something to think about and discuss.
Obviously, we had a fun lunch.
