This nation is becoming apathetic to allow something like this to take place. Whether you agree with the sentiments the man was displaying or not, he had every right to display it.
It's called Freedom of Speech.
This pisses me off. I see more and more of it every day. The days of the SS are perhaps not totally behind us. Anytime uniformed thugs can come in and deny free speech, that's a major danger signal.
Granted, the guy is an asshole. But he still has the right to free speech. Or should.
Curious as to the followup on this case. The guy should sue the Security Company. They not only committed assault but they committed a battery.
Under what rule of law is a civilian, not a sworn peace officer, allowed to commit assault and battery?
